We are satisfied when you are satisfied!
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, no problem.
Until two weeks after delivery date you can simply return your purchase and get your money back!
Read below what to do.

Cancellation of an order is free of charge as long as it has not been sent already.
You do have a two weeks period returning your purchase, starting on the day of delivery of the product at your location.
What to do?
Send an email to info (at) containing at least your full name, invoice number and your bank account number (also BIC/Swift number).
Items must be returned in the original packaging to the following return address. We will transfer your money, deducted with shipping/handling cost as soon as possible, but at least within 30 days after the goods have been delivered back to us.
